Here are some answers to a few commonly asked questions. If you can't find the answer to your question here, feel free to reach out through my contact page!

Q:

Where do you ship from? How long should I expect my order to take to arrive?

All orders are shipped through USPS from Santa Barbara, California and it usually takes around 3-7 business days. The price of US shipping is a flat rate of $6 and International shipping is available, however prices vary from country to country. Typically international shipping costs are around $15-20 with varying shipping times. If interested in international shipping, message me through email, the contact page, or on instagram and I can get you a shipping quote for your country!

I can also drop off locally to the sb area! If interested in local drop off, select that option at checkout and leave your address and phone number. I will then reach out to coordinate a drop off time! 

Q:

What materials are your jewelry pieces made from?

All the metal components of my jewelry are made from either recycled sterling silver, or bronze. I do have some of my older work available in the sale section, which is made with silver plated wire and findings, but all of my new pieces are made with 100% sterling silver

Where do you get your seaglass/shells/stones?

All of the seaglass, shells, and stones are hand collected from local beaches along the central coast of California. Through the process of collecting, I also remove as much trash as possible from these beaches to help restore the surrounding areas. I try my best to only take what I will use for my art, and often times I will bring unused stones back to the beach to return them to the ocean.

The cabochons and faceted stones I use in some of my pieces are sourced from local gem fairs and antique stores.

Q:

What is the return and exchange policy?

All jewelry can be returned or exchanged according to the following criteria:

  • Contact me within 7 days of the delivery of your piece with reason for return.

  • Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery in original condition and packaging.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Q:

Do you do repairs on jewelry?

Yes! I design my pieces to be as strong as possible so if you find yourself with a broken piece of easy eye jewelry I will repair it at no charge, however I do not cover shipping costs. I also offer repair services for non-easy eye sterling silver jewelry, however those are on a piece to piece basis so contact me for more information!
